7th Annual Hands Across the Sand and Beach Cleanup

Call for "Beach Organizers" for the 7th Annual Hands Across the Sand. 

Miami is usually the biggest Hands on Earth! 
In 2016, we want to make it bigger than ever! 

We gather to say 
YES to Clean Energy & Green Jobs and 
NO to Offshore Oil Drilling, Fracking and Dirty Carbon! 

11am Beach Organizers go to work 
11:50 Begin forming the line
11:55 Beach Organizers bring their Zones into the line 
Noon Join Hands until 12:15pm 
12:15 Hands Complete 

The Beach Cleanup Team meets at 12:15 at the Village (on the sand near 5th)  cleanup goes until 1:30pm 

What to Expect: 
Beach Organizers (see above) arrive at 11am, and ask people on the beach to join us (training provided before 5/21).   Check the Facebook event invite below for the video 

Late arrivals should be there by 11:30, and then join hands along the water at Noon. We share the beauty of the ocean and the beach, chant together about protecting nature and jobs... and at 12:15 Hands is done.
