International Coastal Cleanup Day with Boca Save our Beaches

Join Boca Save our Beaches for a beach cleanup on 9/21/19 from 9am to 11am @ South Beach Park in Boca Raton for International Coastal Cleanup Day!

Generously sponsored by Surfing's Evolution & Preservation Foundation, Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc. and Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, Inc..

Free tee shirt while supplies last! Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this event at https://www.bocasob.com/registration.

Before the cleanup, we ask that you download the CleanSwell App (https://oceanconservancy.org/trash-free-seas/international-coastal-cleanup/cleanswell/) and enter the group name of: Boca Save our Beaches. This helps us record items, track distances, measure weight and keeps a historical record of our group cleanup efforts.

Bring a REUSABLE bottle of water (join us in being plastic free!!), and dress for the South Florida weather. Beach cleanup supplies and a water station will be provided. South Beach Park is located at 400 N State Road A1A in Boca Raton.

Upon entering the gate, tell the guard you are with Boca Save our Beaches and parking will be waived. After entering the gate, turn north and park. Walk to the beach and look for the lime green tent.

After the cleanup, join us @ Prosperity Brewers (all ages welcomed) from 12-2 for tacos, beverages and music. A celebration of giving back to our community!

See you there!
