Per4orm x Debris Free Oceans Beach Workout & Cleanup

Beach cleanup and workout hosted by Debris Free Oceans and Per4orm gym on March 30th, 2019 at 9:30 am on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The day will begin with an obstacle course organized by Per4orm gym. Following this we will begin the beach cleanup and pickup litter we see along the beach.

Please ***bring your own reusable water bottles*** we will provide a cooler for water so that you can fill up your bottles throughout the day. We want to avoid plastic and single-use bottles to the best of our ability, for the sake of our personal health and the earth's health, so please try to keep this in mind for the cleanup. We want to leave the beach cleaner than how we found it!

We will be providing all the cleanup materials including garbage bags, buckets, grabbers, and gloves. Feel free to bring your own sunscreen, hats, and anything else that you may want for the day.
