Where to meet: We will be meeting at 9:00am at Virginia Key Beach (directly across from the Marine Stadium - on the Bayside of the Rickenbacker Causeway) there is a parking lot along the beach on your right-hand side, and we will have a table set up.
Supplies to Bring:
🦈 Reusable gloves
🦈 Reusable bags (for recyclables found)
🦈 Reusable water bottle (no single-use plastic bottles!)
🦈 Environmentally-safe Sunscreen
*We are also beginning to collect supplies to send over to the Bahamas Hurricane Relief, if you have any hurricane supplies that you would like to donate, we will have a donation bin set up at the event. The supplies are going to be brought over to the Bahamas directly from The International SeaKeepers Society aboard our private vessels.*
SeaKeepers will provide:
🦈 Garbage bags (for trash, debris, etc. found)
🦈 Scale
🦈 Hand Sanitizer/Wipes
🦈 Community Service Hours / Service Learning Hours Sheets (if needed)
