Saturday Beach Clean Up!

Hello everyone!!!! This clean up is for the most part inspired as part of a requirement for a CAS project for the International Baccalaureate (IB) program for IB students. Normally for CAS their is almost no limit to what you can choose to be your main focus on the project. Growing up in Miami all our lives our beaches have been a main staple of our enjoyment and seeing the beaches in such a state did not really sit well with our group. Feeling that we should be doing something even if it can be considered relatively small we still wanted to take action.

Buckets, and trash bags will be provided, don't forget to bring your protective gloves if you own a pair.
If you can please bring a your reusable water bottle as we are trying to aim for a plastic free environment during our cleanup. We will have a cooler for water refills.
Please dress accordingly for the weather and wear appropriate foot-wear. We recommend to use hats, closed-toed shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen as it will most likely get hot and it is very important to protect yourself.
Remember to come a little earlier since finding parking in the zone can be difficult during weekends
