National Public Lands Day Pollinator Project
To celebrate National Public Lands Day, we will be cleaning up our butterfly garden beginning at 9:30 AM. After we are done (approximately 11-11:30 AM) we will have an educational presentation about pollinators and native plants and how people can help sustain pollinators at home. Items to bring include a refillable water bottle, work gloves, bug spray and sunscreen. Hats are advisable, as are long pants/long-sleeved shirts.
Admission will be free on that day. Attendees should park near Lot #6 and walk over the footbridge to get to the butterfly garden.
