73rd ST. Beach - Nobe Cleanup | International Coastal Cleanup 2022

The Park View Island Sustainable Association invites you to join us, Saturday, 17 September at 11 am. Our cleanup will be an event for the entire family and the entire community to enjoy, make a positive impact on our environment, and give back to the community where we live, by leaving the place better than how we found it. Our Cleanup will begin on the sand, at the 73rd St. Beach entrance. This is one of the busiest beaches in all of North Beach, with many residents and tourists using the section we will focus on during the cleanup, between 73rd St. and 76th St. 

Spearheaded globally by the Ocean Conservancy, VolunteerCleanup.org organizes Miami-Dade County’s local participation in this worldwide event with 50+ shoreline cleanups around the county. Park View Island is located on the canal side of 73rd St. just minutes from the Beach. This years Cleanup is especially important to Park View Island and North Beach residents as we are one of the only communities in Miami Beach to be faced with a "No Contact Advisory" around our islands waters for the past 2 and half years.

You will be provided with:

• Buckets/trash bags
• Pickups Sticks
• Gloves
• Sunscreen
• Refreshments
• Please Bring your own Water Bottle to refill.
• Parking Lot on 73rd and Collins Ave. Limited parking spaces on Ocean Terrace.
