Good day you beautiful souls! Thank you for embarking with us as we look to make waves on the mat and in our local community. 

Safe to say our environment has not received the proper love it deserves. Not to mention the past few weeks with the culmination of spring breakers. 

Thus, if it's to be, it's up to me. Join us as we take initiative on this high vibrational beach clean up! Commencing with an intentional sunrise flow guided by your's truly (Bonilla.) Following with a communal clean up around the shores of Miami Beach.
