South Beach Cleanup BITL 2021

Help us clean South Beach for Earth Week!

About this Event

Meeting Point: Lincoln Road beach entrance; Ample parking is available nearby at [email protected]

What to Bring

  • Wear a green or blue shirt!
  • A bag or bucket to collect your trash.
  • Sun protection.
  • Water in your own reusable bottle.
  • Hand sanitizer to clean your hands after.
  • Masks mandatory at check-in and check-out.
  • Optional – Bring your reusable gloves or trash picker tool.

Event Details

  • The cleanup path starts at Lincoln Rd and ends at 5th Street along the beach
  • Event organizers will be stationed at the meeting point at Lincoln Road to sign in participants
  • Event organizers will be stationed at the end point at 5th Street to collect and weigh your trash.
  • The artist Latin For Glory will be painting and inviting all cleanup volunteers to add to her participatory art piece.
