Polish Pinecrest: Community Clean up in the Village of Pinecrest
Pinecrest is hosting a community wide clean-up day to help "polish" Pinecrest.
Please Visit the Eventbrite website to register! https://www.eventbrite.com/o/village-of-pinecrest-15969232575
Pick up your clean-up materials at Coral Pine Tennis Park, or Pinecrest Gardens any time 9am-5pm Monday, Jan 10 through Friday Jan 14 to collect your clean-up gear (bags and gloves provided).
Then join us on Monday, January 17, for a go-at-your-own-pace community clean-up.
Clean-up right outside your home, or explore Pinecrest with your crew on a trash collecting adventure. At the end of your clean up, bring your bags of trash back to Evelyn Greer Park or Pinecrest Gardens to drop off, or simply dispose of them in your own bin at home.
POLISH POINTS! Use the hashtag #polishpinecrest to document your trashy finds. Whoever finds the most unique piece of garbage and posts it on social media with #polishpinecrest will win a prize! It takes a village to clean the spillage.
Monday, January 17th from 8 a.m. to 12 noon . The Village will provide trash bags and gloves. Simply pick them up from one of the listed locations!
Participation counts toward community service hours, if needed.
