Crandon Park 75th Anniversary Eco Festival & Beach Cleanup

We are excited to share that Miami-Dade County Parks is hosting Crandon Park 75th Jubilee Celebration at Crandon Gardens on November 19-20, 2022.  This two-day Eco-Festival will highlight Parks’ involvement in creating a sustainable and resilient future. Our goal is to create an environment for nature enthusiasts to enjoy a day out with family and friends and see a historic Miami-Dade County landmark.

Some exciting event highlights include Beach Cleanup, Outdoor Eco Art Exhibition, Workshops, Flower Installations, Vendors Market, Kids Fun Zone, Entertainment, Food Vendors and more!

We are seeking volunteers both for the kickoff beach cleanup at 8 am on Saturday, 11/19 as well as for the event itself.

We will be providing food and beverage to our volunteers, and we request that all volunteers wear their own white polo and khaki shorts/pants. Volunteers will be provided with a parking pass (parking lot to be assigned).
