Biscayne Service Corps - Cleanup in Biscayne National Park

Biscayne Service Corps is back!! Think cross fit meets ocean cleanup - the best workout and volunteer opportunity rolled into one! I.e. This is a hard-core trip requiring long hours lifting trash in the sun! Be prepared with food, sunscreen, and bug spray - see more info below!

RSVP ONLY - THIS TRIP IS LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE. No worries if you miss this boat though, the plan is to host Biscayne Service Corps opportunities monthly!! Please only RSVP if you are dedicated to coming, and if there are no more spots left, please email caiti@debrisfreeoceans.org to be placed on the list for the following month :-)

We will meet at Biscayne National Park's HQ at 8:30am, before taking a boat to sea turtle nesting beaches in desperate need of a cleanup! Pending weather and time, participants will snorkel in the Park before returning to the HQ around 3pm.

All trash removed during this cleanup will be provided to Gabriela Sanchez Barrocas for the Debris Maze Challenge, an art piece aimed to raise awareness of the marine debris found in Biscayne National Park.
