Collins Park Neighborhood Cleanup
Typically we've done clean ups along bodies of water but as part of this Clean Up Miami Beach movement, we wantto also clean up the city. We have such a beautiful city and many resources. Everywhere should be pristine. Collins Park is a great neighborhood but right now it blighted by a lot of homeless activity, boarded up buildings/construction and a lack of trash bins. There also are no recycling bins in the neighborhood. Let's give this neighborhood a boost. Depending on how long it takes the cleanup will focus on everywhere East of the canal between 23rd street and maybe 17th. We'll see. Also as an option you can meet in the afternoon at 4PM if you're unable to join us in the morning. Myself along with Michael DeFilippi and whoever else wants to come will likely focus on a specific area.
Please bring close toed shoes, gloves, a picker (if you have one) and a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. We will provide trash bags and pickers.
