Bill Baggs State Park Monthly Beach Cleanup

Come on out and join us for our Monthly Beach Cleanup from 9 am - 11 am.  Please wear closed toe shoes and a hat and bring along sunscreen, insect repellant,  and a water bottle.  We will provide trash bags, plastic gloves and trash grabbers and iced tap water to refill your water bottles.

If you're bringing a group of children please have one chaperone present for every 10 individuals. Individuals under 16 years of age require adult supervision.  Please , no drop offs.   Areas to be cleaned vary from month to month, based on the needs of the park.

Please be here promptly at 9 am so we can start everyone out at the same time and complete the activity before it gets too hot in the late morning.

This is a great way to earn volunteer hours for school, so please tell your classmates about this opportunity.  All Volunteers will receive a letter certifying their volunteer hours.

Cleanups are always held on the second Saturday of each monthSo if you cant make this event check back next month.

Thanks and we hope to see you here.  We believe that teaching stewardships for our parks is the best hope for the future of our parks.
