It's that time of the year! The entire world is advocating for cleaner oceans! Join us for this very special day and be part of #TEAMOCEAN!
The world's largest, one-day volunteer effort for our oceans and waterways! Show your commitment to reducing marine debris, along with millions of volunteers from across the globe!
Spearheaded globally by the Ocean Conservancy, VolunteerCleanup.org organizes Miami-Dade County’s local participation in this worldwide event with 50+ shoreline cleanups around the county. When: Saturday, September 17th, 8 - 10am
Where: I195 Julia Tuttle Cswy Eastbound (heading towards Miami Beach),
on the long stretch after the first bridge when you leave the Miami mainland. Look for the turtle flag.

IMORTANT:
- closed-toed shoes mandatory! Absolutely NO sandals!
- bring your own water (no plastic please), we will have a refill station
- we'll provide sanitized garden gloves, but bring your own if you prefer
- we'll provide buckets and picker, but bring your own if you prefer
- wear reef-safe sun protection

THIS IS AN ADVENTUROUS CLEANUP! MUST BE 18+ or with GUARDIAN!
A detailed confirmation email incl. parking instructions will be sent out before the cleanup, make sure you check your emails!
