Beach Cleanup & Sunset Yoga

Hello everyone!!! Join us this Friday at the Sagamore Hotel for a mindful afternoon. We will be meeting at the Sagamore Hotel Beach at 4:30 PM.

We recommend that you bike or uber to the location, but if driving there will be valet parking at the Sagamore hotel for $15 dollars.

Yoga class starts at 5:45 pm followed by happy hour sponsored by The Sagamore Hotel. All ages welcome, community service hours available.

Closed toed shoes, mask and reusable water bottle are mandatory. We will provide, gloves, bags and a good time. If attending the beach yoga please bring a towel or yoga mat.
