Kayak Cleanup with Commisioner Aleman

Hello everyone, we want to invite you to join us Monday, October 28th for an amazing Kayak cleanup with Commissioner Aleman.

Meet up point at the Mondrian Hotel 1100 West Ave. All volunteers must sign the water sports waiver before cleanup begins and have a valid ID. Volunteers will kayak to monument Island or be transported, that will give us the chance to clean at the location and on our way.

Volunteers must be 18 and older to kayak, children under 18 must accompanied by a parent/ guardian at all times. All supplies will be provided, remember to dress accordingly to the weather, hats and sunglasses are recommended. In order to make the check in process easier an online waiver will be sent out in advance and paper waivers on the day-of.

Due to limited parking and in an effort to reduce the events footprint, we encourage you to take the trolley to and from the Mondrian. We look forward to seeing you out there!
