MLK Service Day - Margaret Pace Park Shoreline Cleanup

Barry University will be honoring Dr. Martin Luther King and the ideals that he upheld by serving our community. This event will be a shoreline cleanup where we will remove plastic trash that has washed up from the Bay.

LOCATION : Margaret Pace Park, 1901 N Bayshore Dr, Miami, FL 33132

ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS : Attendees should wear closed toed shoes, bring sunscreen (we will also have some), and reusable water bottle (we are picking up trash out of the waters, so we don't want to create more!). VolunteerCleanup.Org and SurfRider will be providing gloves, buckets, bags, and a big jug of water. Please limit single use plastics as much as possible (bottles, forks, plates, etc). You will see why when we start cleaning.
