The ocean provides the food we eat, water we drink, & air we breathe. It also brings peace & joy when we are by the sea.
Our ocean trash is a global problem but has a local solution.
We need YOU to be part of the solution.

TIME: 7:15AM - Check in with Lisa
(guided move, meditate & sweep 60 minutes)
WHAT: This is *AUDIO GUIDED* and requires you to have a smart phone to either tune in to our Facebook page for the audio guided sweep - or if you do not have FB - receive a text message link to access the audio.
We head out, spread out & go at your own pace. Simply listen with your earphones as Lisa guides us to stretch across the beautiful oceanside in a meditative beach sweep.
BRING: *EAR BUDS/PHONE TO CONNECT TO YOUR PHONE* - Bucket or Bag, Gloves, Trash Picker, Water, Sunblock, Sun Glasses, Hand Sanitizer, Money for Parking Meter, Smile :) & Your Friends!
FREE: This is a free event to support healing of our mind, body & beaches. (donations are excepted cash or Venmo only)
LOCATION: Meet at NE 9th Street Beach Entrance (Lifeguard St #13) 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.
(1 block “SOUTH” of Sunrise Blvd)
PARKING: Plenty metered parking across on 9th St.
Bring money for meters.
