Manasota Key Beach Cleanup after Fourth of July

Hello! Looking for a volunteer opportunity that also lets you hang out at the beach? Then lets give back to the community together by cleaning up Manasota Key Beach on July 5th. Beaches are a popular to hang spot especially for holidays, so there may be extra trash to clean up after the Fourth of July. This can be very harmful for the environment, and very distasteful for beach-lovers.

All you have to do is show up at the Manasota Beach's main parking lot at 5 pm. Please try to arrive before or at this time, so we can begin cleanup as soon as we can.
RSVP is not required, but I would recommend it! This way I know how many people to account for :)
IF POSSIBLE, please bring your own large garbage bag. If you don't bring a bag, its fine - I will bring plenty extra for you.
I would like to request you wear a light blue shirt you have so we can find all volunteers, but this is also not a necessity.
Sodas and water will be provided, but supply will be limited. If you would like, you may bring drinks as well.
