8th Annual Southeast Florida Reef Cleanup

Join us on the afternoon of July 29th for a dive cleanup as part of Southeast Florida Action Network's (SEAFAN) 8th Annual Southeast Florida Reef Cleanup!

We will be doing a one-tank cleanup at Jose Cuervo Reef, an artificial reef just offshore of South Pointe Pier which is very vulnerable to pollution from beach-goers.

You just need your open-water diver certification. All cleanup supplies will be provided by SEAFAN and Debris Free Oceans, and all SCUBA gear is available for rent at the dive shop.

Marine debris data will be collected and submitted to Project AWARE and Southeast Florida Action Network for future use by researchers and policy-makers!

This trip costs just $40 and is now bookable through the link provided. Book online and receive 15% off, or call the shop at 305-531-6110 to make your reservation.

If you have any questions or would like to be put on an email list to find out about future conservation-oriented dive events, email maddie@southbeachdivers.com
