Sentinels of the Sea First Beach Cleanup!

A group of students from South Florida are trying to recover the fertility of the ocean by tackling the issues it faces such as, plastic pollution, shark finning, and invasive species though beach cleanups then, turning the trash we collect into art projects, and short films to ultimately educate our community about the challenges our ocean is facing and how we as humans may save it. Therefore, we created a marine conservation group called 'Sentinels of the Sea'. And, our first cleanup will take place at the beautiful John U. Llyod State Park from 9 in the morning to noon. In order, to enter however, please inform the park ranger that you are volunteering for us to enter the state park free of charge! Food, beverages, and prizes will be provided. All supplies necessary for the cleanup will be provided as well yet if you would like to bring your own gloves or bags, please feel free to do so, it would be wonderful to our environment. In addition, all ages are welcome, and if you are a high school student seeking for hours, our cleanup is the choice for you!For further information, please check out our website...
