Kayak Signup | Sunset Paddle Cleanup to Monument Island

RSVP on this page to reserve a KAYAK  for Monument Island. We have free kayaks for up to 15 volunteers. You will be assigned one of the double kayaks (10 ppl) or single kayaks (5 people) upon arrival.

***By RSVP'ing, we will be paying for your kayak rental and expect you to either show up, or cancel 2-days prior so we can make your equipment available to someone else. 

All cleanup supplies will be provided for volunteers. Volunteers should dress appropriately for getting slightly wet, and wear closed-toed shoes as the shoreline is rocky in some places. Bring your own water in a reusable water bottle and we will provide a cooler for refills. 

We will meet promptly at 5:30 at South Beach Kayak, to get our equipment and safety briefing, before getting on the water for a 20 minute paddle to monument island. We will arrive back on land just before sunset to enjoy the views from the park.
