Beach Dune Restoration & Hands Across the Sand movement

Surfrider Miami will be leading volunteers in the removal of invasive plants from the beach dunes between 5 & 6 St.

Gloves, tools, water will be provided.

Wear solid shoes, plan sun protection and bring your own refillable cup or bottle for water - NO single use plastics! All participants must sign a waiver. Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult that can also sign their waiver.

The dune work will take place between 9-11am then ...

all are encouraged to stay for the awesome HANDS ACROSS the SAND rally where hundreds will gather & form a line at the shoreline to say NO to dirty fossil fuels and YES to clean energy.
